There is a long history of members' social clubs in Fremantle, from the early days of gentlemen's clubs in the nineteenth century, to the height of the workers' clubs in the 60s and 70s, and now the few modern nightclubs (characterised by a rather different spirit than their predecessors). This page gives an overview of the clubs of Fremantle.
